It depends on the scope. Our proposal includes a phased timeline so you always know what will be delivered and when.
Do you offer remote support?
Yes. If you are already a client, we can connect to your computer using Supremo, a remote access tool: you download it, give us the access code it shows you and we fix the issue without anyone having to travel.
