Kit Consulting: digital advisory for SMEs

What is Kit Consulting?

Kit Consulting is a Spanish Government programme, run by Red.es and funded by the EU’s NextGenerationEU recovery funds, that helps SMEs pay for digital advisory services. The beneficiary company receives a Digital Advisory Voucher and uses it to hire one or more services from an approved digital advisor such as OnClick.

While Kit Digital pays for specific solutions (a website, a CRM, e-invoicing), Kit Consulting pays for the step before that: analysing your business, deciding what to digitalise and drawing up a roadmap with experts. Every service ends with clear recommendations and a real use case applied to your business.

The programme’s conditions (eligibility, voucher amount by company size and deadlines) are set by Red.es in each call and can change. Get in touch and we’ll tell you where things stand today and whether your company qualifies.

Your company applies for the Digital Advisory Voucher on the Red.es online portal. We can point you in the right direction on the requirements.

We sign the agreement
We formalise the service agreement on the programme’s platform, with a defined scope and deliverables.

Who can apply for Kit Consulting?

It’s designed for small and medium-sized businesses in Spain. The exact requirements (size, time trading, being up to date with tax and social security) are set in each Red.es call. We’ll help you check whether your company meets the current conditions.

How much does the Digital Advisory Voucher cover?

The amount depends on the size of the company and on the call in force, and it can change. Ask us and we’ll explain the current conditions before you commit to anything.

Can I hire more than one advisory service?

Yes. You can combine several services from the catalogue as long as the voucher allows it. A common approach is to start with the area that worries you most and add a complementary one, such as data and artificial intelligence.

What’s the difference between Kit Digital and Kit Consulting?

Kit Digital pays for digital solutions that are actually implemented (website, e-commerce, customer management…). Kit Consulting pays for expert advice on what to do and how to do it. They complement each other.

What do I get at the end of the service?

An assessment of where you stand, a report with prioritised recommendations, a use case developed on your own business and an action plan to keep moving forward, with us or on your own.

Do you only work with companies in Vic and Osona?

No. Our office is in Vic, but the advisory work combines face-to-face and online meetings, so we can work with companies anywhere in Spain.
